To plant some of the world's spiciest peppers on the shores of the Mediterranean and create our own hot sauces.

This is the challenge that a group of spice enthusiasts with experience in the restaurant industry set for themselves. After over two years of research and testing, we are proud to introduce our first Mediterranean hot sauces.

At the core of Chilipum are our organically grown spicy peppers: Jalapeños, Habaneros, and Carolina Reaper.

They thrive in the biodynamic farming lands of Mas Miró, located in Mont-Roig del Camp (Tarragona), just 1 kilometer from the Mediterranean Sea.

It was on this estate that the artist Joan Miró painted a significant portion of his work. We found it to be a wonderful place to establish the roots of Chilipum.

It is documented that red and green peppers were already growing in these lands over a century ago. Today, we are thrilled to be a part of a landscape that Miró turned into something universal.

Jalapeño peppers are used to create a mild Sriracha sauce suitable for everyone, perfect for adding a spicy kick to any appetizer.

With authentic habanero peppers, we craft a delicious and very spicy sauce, ideal for a healthy and flavorful kitchen.

The Carolina Reaper sauce is made with the world's spiciest pepper, presenting a challenge for fans of the most extreme heat.

Chilipum hot sauces are 100% organic, vegan, and gluten-free. They have been crafted using locally sourced natural ingredients, with a commitment to eliminating plastic throughout the production process.
