How about we plant some of the hottest peppers in the world and cook our own sauces with a Mediterranean twist? Being passionate about spicy food and flavours alongside our experience in the catering world, we set ourselves a challenge. After more than two years of research and testing, we are proud to present you with our first sauces.
At the heart of Chilipum is our peppers: Jalapeños, Habaneros and Carolina Reapers. Spicy chilis that we grow and nurture on the biodynamic agricultural land of Mas Miró , in Mont-Roig del Camp (Tarragona), where the artist Joan Miró created much of his work.
It is documented that red and green peppers were already growing on these lands in the middle of the last century . It makes us especially happy that today our peppers are part of a landscape that Miró made universal.
